Small Bathroom Remodel in Tacoma’s Proctor District

A complete remodel created space and modernized this north Tacoma bathroom.

Project Details:

A loft apartment bathroom in the Proctor District of North Tacoma was tight on space and storage. This small bathroom remodel reconfigured the space by moving the tub from the hallway to the back, creating a more open layout with increased storage options.

Project Highlights:

  • Reconfigured Layout
  • New Bathtub with Subway Tile
  • Marble-look Vinyl Flooring
  • Vanity with Storage

A shower and tub at the entrance of the original bathroom created a narrow hallway leading into a small bathroom, which was inefficient and offered little room for storage or movement. That layout wasn’t working, so we decided to change things up.

During the remodel, the bathtub was removed and the hallway widened. New tiling and facilities also updated the look, creating a comfortable and modern space. Placing the bathtub at the back of the room, the new design created a larger, more usable space.

The final result is a modern-looking space with room to maneuver and storage for all the essentials and more.
